Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Buildocker is pre-launch and does not yet charge for access or serve paying customers. Full legal entity details, a named Grievance Officer, and a registered address will be published here before the service is offered commercially. These documents are provided in good faith and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Indian data protection law.

As of this writing, Buildocker does not charge for access — there are no paid subscriptions, so there is currently nothing to refund or cancel. This page and the Fees section of the Terms of Service will both be updated before any paid plan launches.

Account cancellation

Even though there's no billing to cancel, you can delete your account at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what account deletion does and doesn't remove.

When paid plans launch

Before we charge anyone, we will update this policy to set out at minimum:

  • How to cancel a subscription, and what happens to your data/access when you do.
  • Whether unused time on a cancelled plan is refunded, prorated, or not refunded.
  • What happens on a failed payment (grace period, downgrade, suspension).
  • How trial periods (if any) convert to paid, and how to cancel before being charged.
  • GST-compliant invoicing for every payment.
  • A specific, actionable process for requesting a refund (who to contact, expected response time).
